Zantech Increased Ownership Stake in EZteq, LLC to 100% – 05/18/2022

Zantech IT Services, Inc., a woman-owned small business, is pleased to announce that we have increased our ownership stake in our Joint Venture, EZteq, LLC, an Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ contract holder to 100%. Effective immediately, EZteq will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zantech and we have initiated the novation process for this IDIQ contract to Zantech.

Zia Islam, founder and COO of Zantech, said, “This acquisition will allow Zantech to consolidate all our Army business, including four current ITES-3S task orders, under a single brand. This is consistent with our strategy to continue to invest in growing our Army business.”

Zantech’s JV, EZteq, LLC Wins ITES-3S ANG Task Order – 01/21/2022

Zantech announces that the U.S. Air National Guard (ANG) has awarded the Web-Tools and Cloud Support Services (AWTCSS) task order under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ to its joint-venture, EZteq, LLC.  Under this task order we will support, enhance, and transition to an approved cloud environment, ANG’s Decision Support System (DSS)  and its 42 subordinate discrete web tools, used by all major programs under the ANG Readiness Center. We will also support ANG’s web-based Reserve Orders Writing System (AROWS) which is used to create personnel orders for guardsmen throughout ANG.

EZteq, LLC Wins ITES-3S FEMA O365 Task Order – 9/28/2020

EZteq announces that the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has awarded the Office 365 (O365) and Azure Government Service Enablement task order  under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ. Under this order, we will provide identify management Software as a Service (SaaS) integration, SaaS enablement, O365 adoption and enablement training, and data migration to the FEMA’s cloud environment. When notified of this award,  EZteq’s Mentor and Managing Partner, Zia Islam, said “Expanding our IT and cloud based services to support FEMA OCIO with O365, SaaS integration, and Azure enablement is an honor and a privilege.”

EZteq, LLC Wins ITES-3S DMSS Task Order – 5/20/2020

EZteq announces that the U.S. Army Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA) has awarded the Digital Media Program task order under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ. Under this order, we will provide Digital Media Service Support (DMSS) for U.S. Army Online Communication Platforms. This includes technical expertise (development, prototyping, fabrication, integration, databases, Content Online Research Enterprise (CORE) Content Management System (CMS) support, @USArmy social media) and operational aspects (coordination, collaboration, communication, synchronization, scheduling). EZteq, LLC Wins ITES-3S IGI&S Task Order – 8/29/2019

EZteq announces that the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hamilton Directorate of Public Works has awarded the Installation Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) program task order under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ. Under this order, we will provide Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure & Environment (SDSFIE) compliance, and updates to the Army’s Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management’s (OACSIM) Army Mapper (AM). When notified of this award, Zia Islam said, “The services Fort Hamilton’s GIS Center provides are an integral element in the Garrison and Department of Public Work’s business model and a major asset to the Garrison. We look forward to supporting the GIS Center by ensuring the accuracy of GIS data layers, Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings, and GIS analysis support to name a few.”

EZteq, LLC Wins ITES-3S IDIQ – 9/26/2018

EZteq announces that U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) has selected us as a Prime Small Business for its Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) Contract, a $12.1B, nine-year IDIQ. Electrosoft (joint-venture protégé) , Zantech (joint-venture mentor), and its partners, will support the Army’s requirements for IT services worldwide, as well as incidental construction, incidental equipment, and software to create an end-to-end solution for the Army, all DoD agencies, and all other Federal agencies.
