ITES-3S Contract Description:
The Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITES-3S) contract is the procurement cornerstone for Army IT systems. The contract provides IT services and solutions to all military services, DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies. The total ceiling value for the contract is $12.1 billion with a period of performance expiring in 2027. ITES-3S is managed by the Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
The EZteq ITES-3S Team is comprised of small and large businesses that support the Army’s requirements for IT services worldwide, as well as incidental construction, incidental equipment, and software to create an end-to-end solution for the Army, all DoD agencies, and all other Federal agencies.
ITES-3S Mission:
The ITES-3S scope includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for agencies to satisfy their enterprise infrastructure and infrastructure goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. The scope includes the Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Management (C4IM) requirements.

The ITES-3S performance-based IDIQ contract is a decentralized vehicle that any federal ordering official can utilize. There are currently 144 labor categories created to support 11 task areas. In addition, most of the labor categories are further divided into three skill levels (associate, intermediate, and senior).
These task areas are comprised of the following:

This vehicle is very diverse in that it permits cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-award-fee, firm fixed price, time and material, and fixed price award fee task orders, allowing the customer maximum flexibility in meeting their particular requirements. It has a total contract ceiling value of $12.1 billion and an initial nine-year contract duration (five-year base; four one-year options). All security levels are allowed from unclassified to top secret/sensitive compartmented information (TS/SCI). Work can be performed worldwide.
